Emerging Trends in Real Estate® 2010

Where are the best bets for development and investment? This forecast will give you the heads-up on where to invest, what to develop, which markets are hot, and how the economy and trends in capital flows will affect real estate.

Now in its 31th year, Emerging Trends® is the oldest, most highly regarded annual outlook for the real estate and land use industry and includes interviews and survey responses from more than 600 leading real estate experts, including investors, developers, property company representatives, lenders, brokers and consultants.

ULI Baltimore is hosting this event presented by Chuck DiRocco who is the Director of Real Estate Research with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Washington, DC.

Our program will help explain what to expect and where the best opportunities are, including:

• Trends in the capital markets, including sources and flows of equity and debt.
• Advice on which property sectors offer opportunities and which to avoid.
• A detailed analysis and prospects for office, retail, industrial, hotel, residential, and mixed-use property sectors.
