April 20, 2017– ULI Baltimore hosted another sell out “Content Before Cocktails” event as the first group to tour Caves Valley Partners’ Stadium Square project. Arsh Mirmiran from Caves Valley Partners spoke and gave an overview of the project. Stadium Square is Baltimore’s latest transformational mixed-use development, located in historic Sharp-Leadenhall. Thursday, March 9th– ULI Baltimore hosted a members-only “Content Before Cocktails” event at the new Sagamore Pendry Hotel in Fells Point, which sold out in less than a week! Developed by Sagamore Development, the Pendry Baltimore is the reinvention of one of the region’s most storied properties, perched on Recreation Pier in the center of the vibrant Fell’s Point neighborhood. Young Leaders Group Giving Back: Pigtown Main Street Cleanup

April 22, 2017– Members of our ULI Baltimore Young Leaders Group gathered to participate in Pigtown Main Street’s “Bloom the Boulevard” community impact project as a part of our YLG Giving Back program. The Young Leaders honored Earth Day by collecting garbage, planting flowers, weeding, and otherwise beautifying the main entrance to the Pigtown neighborhood in South Baltimore. After the event, volunteers gathered for lunch to further connect and debate who cleaned up the most memorable piece of trash. February 21, 2017–  The ULI Baltimore Young Leaders Group hosted a construction tour of ZOM’s first Baltimore City project, the Banner Hill Apartments. Chris Love of ZOM provided a tour of the 349-unit Banner Hill Apartments project, currently under construction in Baltimore’s Otterbein neighborhood.
