Joint TOD Product Council Spring Meeting

The ULI Baltimore/Washington Joint TOD Product Council held its Spring 2016 Meeting at Oakland Manor in downtown Columbia on May 12th. The early morning program focused on Economic Development & Social Equity with a presentation by Dr. Dean Bellas of Urban Analytics, Inc. and Mr. Michael Spotts of Enterprise Community Partners. PRESTO – Plan for Regional Sustainability Tomorrow

On Friday, April 8th, the ULI Baltimore regionalism committee hosted their second workshop on PRESTO – Plan for Regional Sustainability Tomorrow, a project of the National Center for Smart Growth (NCSG) at the University of Maryland.
