YLG Giving Back: Highlandtown Elementary School Beautification

Urban Land Institute (ULI)’s Young Leader’s worked to beautify Highlandtown Elementary / Middle School in partnership with the United Way’s Emerging Leaders United program. On Saturday, July 22nd, volunteers from the two young professional groups provided an updated look to both the exterior and interior of the school by expanding a student-run garden, landscaping around the school signage, and repainting lockers and the cafeteria.
