Content Before Cocktails: Remington Row

July 14th, 2016- Baltimore, MD On Thursday, July 14th, ULI Baltimore hosted our monthly “Content Before Cocktails” event at the nearly complete Remington Row mixed-use project in northern Baltimore City. The event set a record with 60+ attendees signed up in the first few hours of open registration and sold out at a capped 125 attendees. Summer 2016 Newsletter Black-Eyed Susan Day – 5/20/2016 ULI Baltimore congregated at Pimlico Race Course to celebrate the second annual party at the Black-Eyed Susan Day. Evolution of Office and the Baltimore Market

The program was held at the Museum of Industry in March. The Evolution of Office program showcased the global changes in the office market and how Baltimore is responding. Randy Beavers, Herman Miller’s Performance Environments Consultant and former real estate broker, kicked off the program, providing the global overview. According to Randy, millennials are driving this trend as many work remotely or are starting their own businesses. On Thursday, January 21st, ULI Baltimore hosted our monthly “Content Before Cocktails” event at the recently renovated Motor House at 120 W. North Avenue in the Station North Arts and Entertainment District.
