Celebrate Columbia’s 50th Anniversary by examining the development patterns and trends over the first 50 years and looking at the future development on several key parcels including Columbia Gateway, Downtown Columbia, Long Reach Village and Howard Community College.

Introduction: Josh Olsen (Monument Realty), author of a biography of James Rouse, Better Places, Better Lives, will give a 15-20 minute overview of the history of Columbia and James Rouse’s vision
