January 10th, 2018 The Women’s Leadership Committee of ULI invited Kay Sargent, Principal and Director of WorkPlace at HOK, and Amy McPherson, Interior Designer at HOK, to speak at their winter event in early January. On Thursday, January 11th, ULI Baltimore hosted our monthly “Content Before Cocktails” event at MICA’s newest building, the Dolphin Design Center. This was another sold-out event with over 100 registered attendees. The new five-story modern structure replaces a three-story building that previously occupied the site. The former 15,000 square foot building was built around 1914 as an auto repair shop known as the Dolphin Radiator and Fender Works.
