Content Before Cocktails: Merritt Clubs – Canton

On July 18th, ULI Baltimore hosted its signature monthly event, Content Before Cocktails, at the newly expanded Merritt Clubs 24-hour Canton location.  The event began with a courtside presentation by several Merritt team members. Guests then separated into groups that completed the tour on the new rooftop for sunset cocktails and appetizers. YLG Giving Back: Adelaide Bentley Park Beautification

On Saturday, June 2nd, 15 volunteers from ULI’s Young Leaders Group gathered at Adelaide Bentley Park in Towson, MD to participate in a day of Giving Back. In partnership with Blue Water Baltimore, ULI assisted with the beautification and restoration of a small park that had recently been designated a land trust. The park benefits a small community where a lot of the residents are elderly and thus not as able to help with maintenance. Tour & Tales of the Port of Baltimore

Annual ULI Baltimore Summer Party: A Night at the Park

On June 13th, ULI Baltimore hosted another soldout Summer Party at Camden Yards with the Baltimore Orioles hosting the Boston Red Sox during an early evening game. Members and guests networked in a left field suite while enjoying the ballpark fare.  Unfortunately, the Orioles were unable to claim the W after the Red Sox rallied in the 5th; earning 3 runs to, ultimately, secure the win. What The mission of the Women’s Leadership Initiative is to raise the visibility and number of women leaders in ULI and the real estate industry. Prologis and WLI award scholarships to participate in the Fall Meeting to female members of ULI.
