Young Leaders Giving Back w/ Fayette Street Outreach

On Saturday, February 10th, the ULI Baltimore Young Leaders gathered at the Fayette Street Outreach Organization (FSO) Community Center that is currently under construction at North Smallwood Street in Southwest Baltimore.  ULI Young Leaders provided the labor needed to paint all walls on the ground floor of the new center, while Trident Builders donated materials needed to complete the work.  Young Leaders met with FSO leaders Edna Manns, Timothy Bridges, Sterling Brunson and Derek Price and learned about the history of the organization and the relentless effort and contributions of … Read More

Content Before Cocktails: Dolphin Design Center

On Thursday, January 11th, ULI Baltimore hosted our monthly “Content Before Cocktails” event at MICA’s newest building, the Dolphin Design Center. This was another sold-out event with over 100 registered attendees. The new five-story modern structure replaces a three-story building that previously occupied the site. The former 15,000 square foot building was built around 1914 as an auto repair shop known as the Dolphin Radiator and Fender Works. Annual Holiday Party 2017

The ULI Baltimore 2017 Annual Holiday Party was organized by our Young Leaders Group.  The party was held in raw space at Stadium Square, courtesy of Caves Valley Partners. We kicked off the evening with the Partnership Forum graduation where participants received program certificates and celebrated the completion of the six-month program with the mentors and coordinators.
