Content Before Cocktails: The Nelson Kohl

On Thursday, April 12th, ULI Baltimore hosted our monthly Content Before Cocktails event at the Nelson Kohl Apartment Building, the first newly constructed market-rate apartment building in Station North. This was another sold-out event with more than 85 registered attendees. The new eight-story modern structure replaces a vacant parking lot located across the street from Penn Station. With 103 apartments and two commercial spaces (a gallery and a Milk & Honey café), the Nelson Kohl will continue Station North’s renaissance. On April 16th, ULI Baltimore’s Young Leaders Group hosted a signature speaker event for all ULI members featuring Ellen Dunham-Jones. Young Leaders Mentor Roundtable

On March 7, a group of 39 Young Leader Mentees and 10 industry-experienced Mentors gathered for the annual Mentor Roundtable at The Engineer’s Club in Mt. Vernon. This event serves as the prelude to the full ULI Baltimore Partnership Forum program. Young Leaders Giving Back w/ Fayette Street Outreach
