Etkin Johnson Student Scholarship Program

About the Program

The Urban Land Institute Foundation (ULIF) received a generous contribution from ULIF Governor Bruce Etkin to support undergraduate and graduate students in real estate related programs at three District Councils. Scholars selected will gain access to Etkin Johnson Student Scholar-only events, free admission to District Council programming, committee meeting participation, networking opportunities, and a One-Year ULI Student Membership.

Program Requirements

    • Attend Student Scholar special-events
    • Minimum time committed is at least 4 hours per month
    • Must complete mid-term and post-program evaluations
    • Meet leading ULI members one-on-one, targeted to scholars’ real estate interests
    • Program will run from October 2018-May 2019
      • Student benefits begin at orientation*

Program Outcomes

  • Students will receive a one-year ULI Baltimore membership upon completion
  • Placement on a ULI Baltimore committee
  • Featured on local DC website & social media
  • Students enroll in the ULI Baltimore Partnership Forum
