SOLD OUT Content Before Cocktails: Nelson Kohl Apartments
Named after two pioneers in urban planning, law, and education, The Nelson Kohl is the newest development and gateway to the Station North Arts and Entertainment District. The eight-story apartment building has 105 market-rate units with Milk & Honey Market scheduled to open on the first floor in late spring.
The building is in the core of Baltimore, minutes from everything. It is across the street from Penn Station and epitomizes Transient Oriented Development (TOD) with access to all the transit that Baltimore has to offer. Amenities at the Nelson Kohl include a fitness center, community room, rooftop deck and an art gallery.
Developed through a City-issued RFP, through the Baltimore Development Corporation (BDC), SAA|EVI put together this transformative development with investment partners including Wendell Pierce, the actor from HBO’s series “The Wire” who wanted to give something back to this community and its arts-based focus.”
