    Lisa McNeilly, Director of Sustainability Lisa McNeilly has worked in the environmental field for over 20 years, with a record of embedding sustainability at all levels of diverse organizations. She has advanced sustainable operations in Berkeley, CA, and the Grand Canyon, promoted climate change and energy policy in Washington, D.C., and researched food policy in West Africa, but her desire to engage more deeply on equity and social justice has brought her to Baltimore. She holds a Master`s degree in Public Policy from Princeton and an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Davidson College.

    Landscape Architect/ULI Baltimore Regionalism Co-Chair, Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc.

    Brittany is a member of Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc.’s Planning and Urban Development Department located in the Baltimore, Maryland office. In this capacity, she is responsible for the preparation of site feasibility studies, illustrated sites plans, 3-D conceptual redevelopment models, landscape design, planting plans, and conceptual through final site development plans for both residential community design and commercial design. Her responsibilities include technical supervision of plan and construction document preparation, coordination with clients and review agencies, proposal preparation, project presentations, and project management. Brittany has experience in providing master planning, site design, and landscape architectural services associated with corporate campuses, main street retail, mixed-use developments, community recreation facilities, and residential community design. She specializes in private-sector community planning, the development of large-scale and mixed-use projects. Brittany’s experience includes a variety of projects ranging in scale from site-specific to regional planning including streetscapes, neighborhood parks, mixed-use, and residential development. The scope of her project involvement includes site analysis through construction documentation, graphic renderings, grading, studies, and cost estimating. She also works with various government agencies, private interest groups, and project-related consultants: architects, civil engineers, traffic engineers; City, State, and County environmental and planning agencies
