Join ULI Baltimore’s Bay Committee for a beautiful fall Bay Evening along Spa Creek in Annapolis. The South Annapolis Yacht Centre redevelopment is the realization of Pyramid Builders, Bret Anderson’s vision to transform an outdated paved waterfront site into a mixed-use community, including a world-class marina, maritime commercial space, waterfront homes by Pyramid, and stormwater management that exceeds requirements. Attendees will have a chance to tour the in-progress project, hear from the developer, and network with other attendees in a socially distanced format.
