Sarah Kennedy is Senior Manager of Member Experience at Urban Land Institute in Washington, D.C. Sarah joined ULI's staff in late 2018 to support the product development, maintenance, and marketing for ULI's three, exclusive member engagement platforms -- Knowledge Finder, Member Directory, and Navigator. In 2022, Sarah was promoted to Senior Manager, Member Experience, to support Americas membership recruitment and retention efforts. Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Mass Communications from Towson University, in Baltimore MD. While at Towson, she interned with the University's Campus Recreation Services department, gaining first-hand experience in digital and event marketing. Prior to joining ULI's team, she worked for the National Multifamily Housing Council as a member of the Communications team, beginning her career as a communications professional in the Real Estate industry.
