Located in the revitalized neighborhood of Locust Point, the recently completed Courtyard by Marriott is the capstone project of the 10-year long McHenry Row urban mixed-use redevelopment. Situated on a one-acre corner lot, the hotel incorporates Marriott’s new CYnergy (G6) high-rise design to maximize the small building footprint and amazing views of the waterfront, Francis Scott Key Bridge and downtown Baltimore, and to foster social interaction and collaboration with its inviting open spaces.

The new 81,000-square-foot, eight-story building is LEED-registered and includes ENERGY STAR® windows and insulation, a VRF system and innovative storm water management. It has 126 rooms, a fitness center, a bistro bar, a courtyard and a 1,200-square-foot event space. The project included site improvements to create utility tie-ins, new sidewalks, curbs and landscaping. Its modern features and flexible gathering places blend naturally into the vibrant McHenry Row neighborhood.
