    Principal, BCT Design Group

    Robert Northfield is a Principal at BCT Design Group, and supports the various Design Studio’s within the firm, leading the firm’s Master Planning and Urban Design work. With more than 30 years of experience, Bob has worked both domestically and globally on a variety of design projects including retail driven mixed-use, town centers, hospitality, workplace, multifamily residential, and large-scale planning developments. He is involved in all aspects of the design process, from planning, initial feasibility/entitlement concepts, community engagement, schematic and design development, and project delivery. Prior to joining BCT, Bob was a Partner with DDG (Development Design Group), managing large scale, vertically integrated mixed-use projects around the world. He has conducted business in over 29 different countries and enjoys exploring the cultural, social, and business practices of different communities around the world and how to integrate those elements into a cohesive design philosophy. Bob derives his greatest professional satisfaction from exceeding client expectations and achieving real, lasting design results which are aesthetically pleasing, collaborative, community rooted and memorable.     David Bramble

    P. David Bramble dedicates his time to sourcing transactions, financial structuring and overseeing project underwriting & execution. A corporate and real estate attorney by training, David brings a deep knowledge of all aspects of the real estate cycle. Prior to MCB, David served as the Director of commercial lending for a regionally based full-service lending firm, which he co-founded in 2000. Prior to devoting all his time to commercial real estate investment, David practiced law in the transactions group of a D.C.-based international law firm, where he provided corporate and real estate advisory services. His practice focused on complex workouts, primarily in the real estate and financial products space. David currently serves on the board of small business fintech lender-- Lendistry, as well as the Foundation Board of the Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital, the Board of the Baltimore Tree Trust, Baltimore Business Lending and several other non-profits and foundations focused on workforce, community & economic development in Baltimore. David has also served on the Board of Directors of a federally chartered bank, served as a Commissioner on the Maryland racing commission as well as on the Boards of multiple real estate and non-real estate related charitable organizations. David received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, and an A.B. from Princeton University.

    As Vice President and head of the Brownfield Redevelopment Group for GTA, Paul works with clients to facilitate the voluntary cleanup/remediation process in conjunction with regulatory agencies to complete the redevelopment of Brownfield and in-fill sites throughout GTA’s 18 offices on the East Coast. With over 25 years of experience and millions of square feet redeveloped, Paul has helped transform underutilized property into full functioning residential, multi-family, commercial, and industrial uses.
