The site features 5.169 acres directly adjacent to Latrobe Park, Francis Scott Key Elementary and McHenry Row. 28 Walker worked with the neighborhood and the City of Baltimore to have the parcel rezoned to residential use for 108-townhome community Banner Row. Banner Row continues 28 Walker Development’s conversion of under-utilized former industrial properties into bustling neighborhood destinations.

    Scott Slosson serves as Chief Operating Officer for 28 Walker Development, a Baltimore based development company with a focus on smart urban infill development. 28 Walker Development is best known for its transformational redevelopments of former industrial sites into thriving commercial destinations including McHenry Row and Canton Crossing. As Chief Operating Officer, Slosson oversees all aspects of acquisition, development, and asset management for the firm. In Slosson’s 16 years of development experience, he has been involved in the acquisition, development and management of more than $400,000,000 of development projects in Baltimore City. Slosson received his B.S from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland College Park. He later earned an MSRE from Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business.
