    Refund and Cancellation Policy
    Typically we do not offer refunds within 24 hours of an event. For the month of March we are amending our policy and will be offering a full refund, or a credit to another event should you see something of interest to you at anytime until the event starts. This policy will be re-evaluated in April.

    ...and more! While building upon Emotional Quotient (EQ) principles presented during WLI's 2019 Empowerment Academy, the course will speak to those experienced and new to Emotional Intelligence and at varying leadership levels. Dr. Judy Morley, an expert in executive leadership and organizational development will guide the workshop; including real-time small group practice and powerful, practical exercises.

    Judy Morley, PhD Judy Morley is a nationally recognized motivational and business speaker whose primary topic is transformation. She speaks specifically on conscious business, purposeful leadership and emotional intelligence. She has been described as a “human potential specialist,” helping people find their unique gifts across different levels and industries. Her years of experience varies from being an advertising executive to a college professor to an executive to an entrepreneur and franchise owner. She is even an ordained minister! Each of these positions has given her great insight into helping people find their authentic style of leadership. Morley holds a PhD in American History and a Master’s Degree in Conscious Leadership, as well as being a certified Emotional Intelligence facilitator. She is the author of multiple essays and books, including Use the Cosmic 2x4 to Hit a Home Run. She has been featured in several documentaries, including “MPower: Empowering Women in Business and Beyond.” She is currently the president of Intuitively Speaking, a speaking and consulting firm located in Gettysburg, PA.
