ULI Cleveland is thrilled to host the 2022 ULI Young Leaders Exchange this spring from May 19-21. The ULI Cleveland Organizing Committee has been hard at work putting together a world-class itinerary.

THURSDAY MAY 19, 2022
- 3:00 PM Hotel check-in
- 3:30 PM Welcome and Introductions
- 4:00 PM University Circle Driving Tour - Highlights will include the Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland Museum of Art, and One University Circle.
- 6:00 PM Van Aken Development Presentation & Tour led by Mackenzie Makepeace, Development Director at The Max Collaborative
- 7:30 PM Evening Reception the Van Aken District
FRIDAY, MAY 20
- 9:00 AM Breakfast with Mayor Bibb and development presentation with Dan Whalen at INTRO Cleveland

- 10:30 AM Walking tour of Downtown Development with Cleveland Planning Director Joyce Huang and Ian Meadows, Downtown Cleveland Alliance.
- 11:30 AM Presentation by Christopher Noble, Senior Vice President of Development in Cleveland, and John Drain, Development Manager, at Bedrock Detroit on Bedrock Detroit's development plans for Downtown Cleveland
- 12:30 PM Farewell Lunch hosted by Bedrock Detroit

The Urban Land Institute Cleveland District Council is excited to host the 15th Annual 2022 Urban Land Institute National Young Leaders Exchange on May 19-21. The Young Leaders Exchange is an annual program hosted over 2.5 days by one of the Americas District Councils to introduce Urban Land Institute members under 35 to other markets. Over 50 Young Leader members from Canada, United States, and Mexico will gather in Cleveland to explore unique project developments, applications of new property technology, and opportunities in other real estate markets.
