City of Refuge Baltimore is located in the midst of one of Baltimore’s most struggling and industrial neighborhoods where nearly 40% of the residents live below the Federal Poverty Level.
Baltimore’s needs are great, but we believe we can come together to work towards a brighter tomorrow. With over 20 years of experience meeting people's most basic needs, City of Refuge Baltimore is positioned to make a big impact.
