National Trust for Historic Preservation (NTHP)
ULI Baltimore will unveil the findings of a yearlong collaborative research project. The Partnership for Building Reuse is a joint initiative of the National Trust for Historic Preservation (NTHP) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI), designed to increase market-driven building reuse in major cities. Baltimore is one of five cities participating in this national initiative. More than 95 building reuse practitioners have been involved in the project locally, including developers, preservationists, engineers, attorneys, architects, funders, community leaders, and government agency staff. The findings of this effort have been compiled into a report identifying barriers to building reuse and recommending solutions to overcome them. You are invited to this exclusive event where we will share these important findings and discuss next steps to facilitate investment and redevelopment in Baltimore.
