ULI Baltimore’s Content Before Cocktails took place on September 28th at Highland Haus. This 80,000 square foot new building has been developed by Garver Development with Taylor Properties. The project involved razing the former Haussner’s restaurant, a longstanding Baltimore institution that had closed and remained vacant for 17 years.
