The Urban Land Institute District Council of Baltimore Names Arrica Ashe as District Council Associate


BALTIMORE, MD (January 11, 2019) – The Urban Land Institute District Council (ULI) of Baltimore is pleased to announce Arrica Ashe as new District Council Associate. Her role will include managing ULI Baltimore’s digital communications and district newsletter as well as providing special events and meetings support.

Prior to joining ULI, Ashe served as a leasing specialist at Greystar, where she managed the sales process, established creative marketing and social media strategies to increase property traffic, organized resident events, and prepared weekly market surveys. She also was a leasing manager at Bozzuto and leasing specialist at Kettler.

“We are thrilled to add Arrica to our team,” said Lisa Norris, ULI Baltimore District Council Coordinator. “Her leasing experience combined with her strategic communications skills will help us serve our mission and facilitate open dialogue with professionals in our industry.”


The “go to” organization for unbiased strategic visioning, ULI comprises an international community of development experts who take on today’s issues in the context of a livable tomorrow. The local component of the Urban Land Institute, the Baltimore District Council coordinates monthly program events and a leadership forum addressing land use, development and financing issues facing our region. A committee made up of local ULI members identifies topics and speakers for our programs and special events throughout the year.
