Locke Landing is a 25-acre redevelopment of the former Locke Insulator Property located at 2525 Insulator Drive in Baltimore Peninsula. 28 Walker Development purchased the property in September of 2022 and is in the process of redeveloping the property to include 393 for sale residential units, 420 apartments, a community clubhouse with pool, and waterfront trail. 28 Walker, as master developer of Locke Landing, has selected DRB Group and Khovnanian Homes to build the for sale residential units and Greystar to build the multifamily units. Sales of the residential units started in January and first residents will move-in at the end of March.
