Presentation by Maryland Climate Change Commission’s, Adaptation and Resiliency Working Group on the State of Maryland’s efforts to address climate change impacts in Maryland and the effects upon Real Estate. Allison Breitenother will discuss the efforts of the Adaptation and Resiliency Working Group efforts to develop an Adaptation Framework, Coastal Adaptation Report Card, Climate Change Resiliency Portfolio and Sea Level Rise planning among others. Chris Beck will address State efforts to reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions through the Greenhouse Gas Reductions Act and activities of the Mitigation Working Group.
