    Jeff Baker

    Weller Development

    Jeff Baker Managing Director, Development Jeff has more than eight years of real estate development and finance experience concentrating on urban infill, mixed-use development projects located in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. He is currently leading the development and execution of Port Covington’s Chapter 1 phase, overseeing all aspects of the real estate development process including design, entitlement, permitting, financing (Opportunity Zone equity / construction + LIHTC debt), and construction. He is responsible for 1.5M+ square feet of mixed-use commercial, multifamily, hotel, and retail uses totaling over $500M of ground-up development value. Jeff previously worked at The JBG Companies on the development team, where he worked on several large-scale, mixed-use developments including JBG’s current headquarters 4747 Bethesda Avenue. Mr. Baker earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree from Cornell University.

    Director, Construction Management, Weller Development

    Shane Wojno Director, Construction Management With 17 years of experience managing complex construction projects at Port Covington, Shane is in charge of managing and delivering 950,000 square feet of development, including the E7 Rye Street Market mixed-use office building/market place, the E1 mixed-use residential building, and 1,000 space parking garage.

    Jonathan Sandoval

    Development Director, Weller Development

    Jonathan is an Alumni of the Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD), and a Development Manager of Master planning with Weller Development Company, working primarily on 234 Acre Port Covington mixed-use development in South Baltimore. With experience in conceptual design through construction administration. Jonathan brings a multi-faceted tech driven design approach to Weller Development. Jonathan’s advanced knowledge of digital design tools enable him to design, develop, and deliver complex projects in a innovative and budget conscious manner
